(or How To Survive Your Child Owning One)

NB: I use 'Tamagotchi Connexion' throughout this mini-site, because that's how it's spelt on the European product. In the States and some other countries, it's 'Tamagotchi Connection'! Go figure...

Version 2 rangeSo your son or daughter has been pestering you for a Tamagotchi Connexion (because their friends have them)?

The good news: it's an excellent, good value-for-money toy, and will keep them amused for (potentially) months, especially if they're able to get together with their friends and their Tamagotchis.

The bad news: it might distract them from school or family activities. And it will also bleep everytime they press a button unless you manage to sneak in and use the secret keypress (see Tips)!

The aim of this mini-site is to tell you what you actually need to know about letting your child have a Tamagotchi and give you some practical tips.

The ads on the left hand side of each page provide a convenient source of the Tamagotchi Connexion, if you still haven't found one. Do make sure you buy one of the new ' Version 4 or Version 3' units. The Version 2 is also OK at second-hand prices, but has less games and no password system for use on the official web site.
