Initial impressions (with Jon Satherley): Things we liked - Capacitive screen on S60 5th Edition, Large screen for multimedia, Screen brightness, Loud speakers with 5.1 stereo, 5th Edition software - some good, HD video & camera; Things we disliked - no Nokia software and services, Firmware update needed - poor support from Samsung, size of screen makes it not a 'phone sized' phone, Route66 'missing', high price.

Feels like a camera, build quality good, resistive touchscreen with tiny icons needs stylus, no 3.5mm headphone socket, buggy firmware

Rant of the Week!
Steve finds that the N97mini's battery gets very hot in use and is leaking RAM, Tim finds that storage space on Samsung i8910 is woefully poor even though it has oodles of RAM (much like the N97), misaligned/shifted capacitive sensors on Google Nexus One's screen and its space available for installling apps. Grrr!
