Here's my semi-official gallery of Series 60 Python
applications. Python is a fairly simple programming language, so that anyone
can create their own apps for smartphones. If you're not familiar with it,
start here.
In order to be listed here, applications need to be
freeware, 'donationware' or fully working shareware, with the full source code
and, optionally, a link to the home page/SIS installer, if appropriate. It
should also be understood that you should liase with each application's author
before modifying his of her code, in order to establish whether the revised
program is to retain its current Symbian UID and appear as a new version of the
existing program, or whether it's best to use a new UID and make it an
alternative.
It also goes without saying that if anyone takes any free
code on this page and its links, and then uses it in something commercial
without permission, we'll send the 'boys' round... OK?
