The spreadsheet is protected, but this protection is easily removed (Tools-Protection-Protect Worksheet) if you want to play around with it.Input FieldsThe user has three input fields:Annual Entitlement - input the total annual leave entitlement for the leave year.Week No 1 ending date - input the week end date (usually a Friday) for the first week of the calendar year"Taken in Week" - input the number of days leave taken for any particular week.Calculated FieldsAnnual Pro Rata Entitlement - Calculates the pro rata leave entitlement for the present dayWeek Ending - Calculates week ending dates for weeks 2 - 52, based upon the user-defined date for week 1.Weekly Pro Rata Entitlement - Calculates the pro rata leave entitlement for each week.Total Taken - Cumulative total of leave taken or booked.Pro-rata Remaining - Difference between Weekly Pro Rata Entitlement and Total Taken.Remaining (Full Year Entitlement) - Difference between Annual Entitlement and Total Taken.GraphsThere are two graphs available:Annual Leave by MonthAnnual Leave by Week.These two graphs are essentially the same, just using different x-axis values.The graphs show:Total annual leave entitlementAmount booked per month (or week)Cumulative total bookedCumulative Pro rata leave accrued throughout the leave year.The spreadsheet has proved useful for me, and I hope that it does for you also.
